Biden administration rolls out renter protections as rent prices soar
As rent prices soar, the Biden administration announced new renter protections including - rent hike protections, eviction protections, and protections for military members and disabled tenants. A new "resident-centered housing challenge" was also launched to encourage housing providers at all levels to expand the supply of housing by creating stronger policies.
