Zeba is a seasoned real estate professional who loves tech. Trained as an architect, Zeba pursued an MBA after one too many design projects died on the drawing table. She realized her calling when she visited her business school’s real estate department.
In business school, Zeba was particularly drawn to the creativity and mission-driven aspects of real estate public/private partnerships. She started working at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal’s Real Estate group (EY) during business school, and moved to New York after graduation to join EY’s real estate public private group.
At EY (1997 to 2008), she worked with local developers and numerous government agencies. Her projects included The Yards in Washington, DC; and Maxwell House in Hoboken, NJ to name a few. At Princeton University (2009 to 2013), she led fast-tracked predevelopment for three off-campus multifamily joint developments with private developer partners.
In 2014, Zeba took a break from real estate to reinvent herself exploring non-profits and tech startups. In 2015, she worked at the RGA Techstars Connected Devices accelerator; and since 2015, with Shoplandia, a video commerce startup.
Zeba has an MBA from The George Washington University in Washington, DC; and a B.Arch. from BMS College in Bangalore, India. She was a founding member of ULI Young Leaders Group in New York; and is on the board of New York South Asian Real Estate Network (NYSAREN). She lives in Stamford, Connecticut, with her husband, two twenty-something stepdaughters, and a 4-year-old son who just learned how to do his first cartwheel.

Blanka is a product designer who loves getting to the bottom of things in order to solve a problem. She loves asking questions, often to realize there are more questions to be asked, before she dares to roll up her sleeves and start designing a product. Blanka has been sketching, arranging, erasing and re-arranging the digital interface of Builders Patch for the past two years. She previously worked with a startup helping to simplify the process of booking and tracking container shipments across oceans.
Blanka followed a winding road to product design. She spent her formative years in Asia studying languages and she holds a BA degree in International Relations from National Taiwan University. After graduation, she decided to change direction and picked up user experience design. Her love for the visual arts and for keeping things structured her along the way.
Blanka lives in Budapest, Hungary and spends most of her working hours video-conferencing with the rest of the Builders Patch team. In her free time, she loves reading up on nature and biology, she’s a sci-fi aficionado, and she recently discovered the joy of good old-school radio plays. She also likes to experiment with vegan recipes, although she wouldn’t necessarily force what she cooks onto anyone.
